These caterpillars are an occasional pest on:

  • Neem Trees ( Azadirachta indica, MELIACEAE ).

    The adult moth of this species has yellow forewings, each with a broad brown margin, and are covered in irregular bright orange lines and spots.

    The species occurs in south-east Asia, including:

  • India,
  • Japan,
  • ,
  • Thailand,

    and in Australia in:

  • Queensland.
